Dems are rushing this an screwing up our best changes to date. Where is text of bill? They planned a vote yet pen has not been put to paper. This give the GOP and Manchin a legit opportunity kill any vote. I am not praising the GOP but sometime it feels like the Dems have their heads up each other's ass.

I guess Schumer does not want to skip his August recess and wants everything to come down to the wire with a surprise vote. Good way to lose support for any bill.

Actually this is a common strategy with Senate Leaders to schedule a vote before bill is fully written as a way to hasten negotiations.

Is the vote for the bipartisan bill or the reconciliation bill?

the dems are really just chasing their tails until they lay down the hammer on Munchkin and Smegma.
