Question for anyone who got a RFE.
When you checked your status online what did it say for your I765?
Was that status updated at all? or still under initial review?

Well which ever case you have a RFE for has been suspended, for me I got a rfe for my i821d but my i765 is still under initial review

I haven't gotten the actual letter. My lawyer told me what they were asking for.

Me too. I got the text and that's how I knew what was going on but today my lawyer told me that they got the letter. I still expect to get my copy though

Sent my RFE on nov 6 they recived nov 9 at 7:30 , got text @6 pm for update

Would my dad's tax return, where he claims me as a dependent, be a good piece of evidence to show continous presence? Would I only need to send the first page?

I sent that for 2007 and cell bill statements and got an RFE

Yes as long your name is on the tax return. Also write a cover letter explaining your evidence
