For June 15 you can try sending the statement and include maybe an explanation of it. That its your number and that is under your parents account. You can also include facebook post, bank statements, and receipts. Make sure you look for more stuff though. In case you get an RFE. For the gaps you can include affidavists from people that know you if you get an RFE but for the June 15 they don't accept affidavits. |

Re: OFFICIAL: Q&A for DACA forms Part 2
I dont think this is DACA related (as i've already been approved), but i did not wanna make/waste a thread on this question. I got my EAD yesterday (Jan 19th) and was wondering if i would be able to apply for my SSN on Tuesday (Jan 22nd)? If i dont get it done on this Tuesday im gonna have to wait until the following Tuesday and that would suck. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: OFFICIAL: Q&A for DACA forms Part 2
1. Application #I-821D
2. Pg #5 3. Q#All that page 4. What is your question? I filled this app by myself and I didn't hire a lawyer or anyone I used and filled this application by my best knowledge, Do I leave it blank? |
Re: OFFICIAL: Q&A for DACA forms Part 2
Country of birth is the country u were born. In other words if ur birth certificate says Mexico, then Mexico it is.
Country of Residence is the United States. Country of Citizenship is ur country of birth, unless u are a naturalized citizen of another country. That is probably not ur case, so it would be the same as the country of ur birth. I dont know what Oaxaca is (i guess that shows my ignorance), but just put the country it says on ur birth certificate/passport for country of birth/citizenship. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If u did it yourself then u leave the part for the lawyer/representative/etc blank. Sorry if my answers are a bit vague, but i haven't even looked at those forms since August. Lol |
