The item part is a little more confusing because I heard different things from different people for the address.

I'm not sure if you put Item 2 because that is where the addresses start, item 5 because that is where they end, item 6 because it would be the next address or item 8 because it would be the next number in that section.

I would put item 5 and then put on the first line Address 4

do you need to file I-94 for the employment authorization form?? and do you need to send the required documents such as the two passport photo for the form I-765 under?????

Did you come here legally?

It says on the instructions to send 2 pictures but it seems they don't use them only the ones they take when you go take your biometrics.

4. What is your question? I work with a fake ssn and make money but on the i-821D app I didn't put that I have a ssn or Alien# So what do I put here. zero and explain that my parents pay my expenses?

PS.

Wouldn't they find out that I've been working with a fake ssn either way? Even when I go to take my biometrics ?

You don't need to put down your fake SSN, because you didn't get that from the SSA. I ended up explaining that I worked without a number, and that my parents helped in my school expenses, and got approved. Be as honest as you can.

Can someone help???? My biometrics still haven't arrived. I received my receipt on November 5th and haven't received nothing. I've only had updates online saying my alien registration number changed and that my name was updated

Call them and make a service request. Tell them you received your receipt November 5th but have not received a biometrics appointment.

I have some questions on the I-821D and I-765 forms. I'm sure they have been answered before but this thread (and the first) are so long! I cant possibly look through all the posts.

My QUESTIONS:

I-821D:
On part 5:(Signature of person preparing this request, if other than the requestor)
I would leave it blank right? (bc i am the requestor)

On part 6: (signature of interpreter)
Same thing, interpreter was not used so do i leave it completely blank? ....I'm afraid they will think that i just forgot to fill it out or something.

On part 7: Additional information....blank also if no additional info needs to be given


I-765
for number 9: Social security number (include all numbers you have ever used if any)
what do i write? none?--i don't have a "real one".

for number 11: Have you ever before applied fir employment authorization from USCIS?
Should i say YES? I have a pending uvisa case and that has a I-765 along with it. case is still pending.
--- which office : Vermont Service Center (this is where all u visas are done)
---- Results ( granted/denied- attach all documentation)
Do I just put pending? and i don't have any documentation except my receipt number that i got when i did biometrics
