Hi

You guys think they will ask for evidence if I don't include paperwork to back up where I lived?

I have a permit ID with a different address but nothing to back it up. Just the Permit. I moved and got my DL and have a different address with evidence.

Thanks

so i sent my RFE to nebraska P.O. BOX. they attempted to deliver the package at 2:00 AM THIS MORNING. well no one was there to sign it. i just called the USCIS and she told me that i shouldn't have sent express because express if for 'live address' like someone has to be there to sign it. long story short, its package is sitting in the post office for 5 days till someone claims it. so should i just have to wait for it to be sent back to me or will someone from nebraska service center will go and get it???

looking for some input!

Hey guys, did you get an I 797 for employment authorization? I haven't gotten an I 797 approval for employment authorization yet. Got the card last week.
Is it normal?

I thought we only get the I-821D approval letter and the EAD card?

Hey guys dropped my evidence off for my lawyers today and they will be sending it out tomorrow. I was missing info for a whole year so if you want to know what I sent, just message me.

So I am in little problem here, I dont have evidence for one address I put (residency) at all. I thought I did but that was for a different address of where I lived but not anymore. And to top that off, by bank never updated my change and still sends statements to that address where I dont live of course they get forwarded to my recent address. (but address onthe actual statement still have the old address)

You think think there will be a mix up?

As long as your evidence shows a US address it shouldnt be a problem
