Hello All,

My case just went up for Adjudication.
I received an email this morning in response to a service request I submitted.
Does anyone know how the adjudication process work? How long does it take? And what is the success rate for adjudicated cases?

Thanks in advance!

Hey guys, I'm new here but I recieved an RFE two days ago, and was wondering if you guys can help clarify it for me.
The Evidence you submitted with your form 1821D to establish that you have continuously resided in the US during the 5 year period Immediately before June 15t, 2012 and up to time of filing is insufficient. You submitted your Consular ID card dated Sept 2009 and your phone bill for April 2012; however, you did not submit evidence for 2011. Please submit evidence establishing your continuous residency in the united states from January 2011 to December 2011.
Does this mean that everything is good besides the year 2011 or do I also need to send more info from other years? I have no idea why they included the information about my consular id or my phone bill in there. Thanks for your help.

As I see it.... two years is better than none..... you better study tho.... if you don't have one now you best be prepared...... but if you think about it you'll be fine now that you received your card.... the immigration reform seems around the corner... Let's hope everything goes well for all of us.... And Thanks.... I've been waiting too long.... I hope I get approved soon too....

Honestly it can be anywhere from a couple weeks to a couple months. I feel like rfe approvals are so random sometimes.:-?

Re: *****RFE Thread <- (Request for Evidence)****

Hey guys, I'm having a hard time trying to figure out my RFE, can you guys help me? What do you understand by reading it?: HELP!!

"The evidence you submitted with your Form I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, to establish that you have continuously resided in the United States during the 5-year period immediately before June 15, 2012, and up to the time of filing is insufficient. You submitted evidence for the following years; 2008-2012, and for the months of February and March, 2007. However, you did not submit any evidence indicating that you resided in the United States since June 15, 2007."

So now my lawyer is confusing me more and I don't know what to do!! He insists that I should send proof from 2007 till 2012 because the letter is not clear. Here is what he said when he called USCIS:

"The agent said that he could not comment on or interpret the actual letter. I do not believe that the letter is clear. It does state that we submitted evidence for 2008 through 2012, and for February and March 2007. The letter continues that we did not “submit any evidence indicating that you resided in the United States since June 15, 2007.” While the letter seems to imply that the missing evidence is limited to the period of June 2007 through the end of December 2007, because the letter did not expressly state the required evidence is limited to the period of June 2007 through the end of December 2007, I do not know for certain that we need to supplement the evidence only for the year 2007. I would rather not take a risk, and therefore recommend that we supplement the evidence for the entire period through the date that we submit the supplemental evidence."

What do you guys think? I'm going crazy

would bank statements for every month from 2007 to 2012 be enough? plus a letter from my boss that I've been working with since 2008? and a few gas receipts be enough?

Send that plus evidence you sent in initially the more the better.

Do you have a Paypal/eBay account where you can send payment history? A car loan any type of monthly payment that you have made throughout the years? Under your name? Cell phone bill under your name?

Yeah we'll look into the eBay PayPal accounts unfortunately the cell phone n car loan won't help given the fact that it was under ur dads name. What else is under your name?
