to be honest I don't have much under my name, the evidence I sent them before was bills from my clinic and stuff like that...I just don't understand why they write the RFE letters like that, they say they have my evidence I sent from 2008 to 2012 but at the same time it makes you wonder or think that they still want all prood from 2007 till 2012...I understand it's from June 2007 to December 2007 and all of my friends understand it like that....I'm curious to know if you know of any cases where they get an RFE and they send evidence back but for some reason it turns out not to be enough, do they get a second RFE or your chances are over and you get denied completely?

I just got a new info on my status today:

On June 18, 2013, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our TEXAS SERVICE CENTER location. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use the processing time information on our website to estimate when this case will be done. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

From the letter i get that they need stuff from june 07 to december 07...since you could have been here on february 07 but not june/july/etc....but send everything just to be safe

Well if it turns out that you might need more evidence I've heard of some people getting a second rfe if that helps out at all.
Send what you have n or more if you have any more evidence

When does the RFE letter usually come in? It has been a week since my status updated online and I haven't gotten a letter in the mail. I also hired a lawyer and they haven't gotten anything

Im kinda shocked that i read all of these and im the only one who got rfe just asking for evidence of june 15, 2012! I sent in 3 doc appontment check-in sheets for dates 6/8, 6/13 and 6/20 should that be enough?

Mine took over. Month and my lawyer received it. Online it said it was sent may 6, 2013 but my lawyer received it on june 15, 2013.

I received a RFE don't know yet what they are asking but I'm assuming proof of continuous residence.
I send pretty much everything I had with my name on it. I pay bills but they are under my parents name and I work with a different name I have alot of check stubs. Can I send in that?

i just sent a letter from the landlord staying that i used to live in his property in the year 2007 and also i sent a few rent recips from 2007.

Everyone hang in there! you all will be approved soon! I sent my application last year of sept. 18.. it was a long wait but worth it!!

On my i765 its on production on july 1 2013, but my i821D its still on initial review , why is that?

It happens, usually the next day or so. It changes to approve.

uscis received my rfe. july 1st how long does it take to get approved after getting an rfe?.my application is is Nebraska.. my rfe was for identity.. ihad to sent in a copy of some of my ids they had to be clear. because the one i sent before where black ....

My RFE was received July 1 also... from what I've read... the average is a couple of weeks..... but there have been cases that have taken a while longer.... I'm hoping it's fast.... most cases that I've heard about usually are pretty fast.... so just keep hoping for the best.....

Mine was at arizona then transferred to Nebraska. almost 10 months of wait. contact your local congressman to help you out.
got mine approved quickly.

Interesting....mine has been in Nebraska this whole time.
They received my RFE in April 5th and i shouldve heard something by June 5th, and obviously I didnt.....

Sooo I contacted my local congressman and they told me they would see what they could do....
Nothing Yet...I really wanna get accepted now :(
