Re: OFFICIAL: Q&A for DACA forms Part 2
If your high school transcripts I'm guessing cover 2007-2009
You will still need evidence for 2009-2012. You can use. Medical records/dental receipts: ebay, paypal, Goverment docs: birthcertificates (if you have kids) FB check ins pictures that are dated Bills Credit card statements/bank statements. |

Re: OFFICIAL: Q&A for DACA forms Part 2
Until she gets married and its actually official then her legal status would be married so I would think single

Re: OFFICIAL: Q&A for DACA forms Part 2
This is how you should think of your evidence.
I. Identity documentation (include 1-3 items depending on what you have. Birth certificate, passport, or other form of id.) II. Evidence of Arrival before Age 16 Evidence suggestions: Elementary diploma, vaccination records, middle school diploma, medical records, school certificates. III. If you arrived with a passport you will have to include an I-94 and copy of passport. IV. Evidence of High School Graduation A. High School Transcripts and Diploma or B. GED with information about program if you are not finished with your ged V. Evidence you were here June 15, 2012 Evidence suggestions: Bank Statements, phone bills, or anything to show you were here that day. VI. Continuous presence. June 15-2007-June 15, 2012 You can include a piece of evidence for each month or at least one item for every 3 months. You can also include stuff that covers large amounts of time such as college transcripts. |

Re: OFFICIAL: Q&A for DACA forms Part 2
Hello, everyone. I have been researching but can't seem to find the answer to the following question:
Does our Birth Certificate need to have photo identification? Where I was born, no photo was taken of me at birth. |
Re: OFFICIAL: Q&A for DACA forms Part 2
No but if you sending a birth certificate you also have to send a form of id such as a passport.
