Okay, I just got approved!

Send in as much as you can. Highlight any relevant info and on a sticky note write a summary of what the evidence is and what it's meant to prove. I did all of this.

Basically, everything that I listed before (iTunes, Amazon, eBay, etc.). I stacked my info in order of the most important and significant (letter from employer) to least significant (some receipts I think). I made sure to highlight my name, and the date (June 15, 2013) on everything, and I sticky noted each paper with a summary of what they were looking at. From there, next-day shipping.

Grats! I'm also in the process of sending my RFE, they asked me for two years and evidence and for " evidence you were here on or BEFORE June 15 2007" does that mean i can send them a school transcript from November 2006? Please somebody answer me that, I been getting ignored in this thread :(

Also I got some medical records for the year 2009 they have my name and date of birth and address etc does it matter that i used my dad's social security though? it shows his social but I know people sent evidence with fake social securities and it was ok? Please anyone that knows take a moment to answer my concerns.

I'm sorry no one has been able to answer your question. If i remember correctly from when i sent my package ,we sent evidence from all the yrs I've been here leading up to june 15,2007. For example bank statements, bills and tax documents i also showed specific evidence for that date. I didn't want to show any documents with a fake social not so much cuz it could affect my DACA process but my lawyer thought it could affect any future immigration process.

Yeah I have that stuff to 5 years in a row of school transcripts and other stuff leading up to June 15 2007 but the closest thing before June 2007 that I have is something from late 2006 but I've been told that works too.

The ssn in the medical record it's not fake it's my dad's and I seen people sending fake socials security's and them getting approved and getting their own legitimate social security so I don't see how it would be bad and it's only one medical record, I only have that and a letter from my landlord and birthday pictures and one affidavit for that year.

Thanks for replying !

My brother got approved yesterday also. They asked for a lot of evidence and he did what I did, which is highlight all relevant information and sticky note summaries of the evidence. Overall, we waited for 6 days.

Not tracking exactly. I used the next day USPS (guaranteed to get there the next day before or at noon) for my brother and me. We both got a text and e-mail alert the next day around 8PM that it had been received by USCIS

Use flat rate envelop...it will provide you with tracking.

Agreed. The tracking number will appear on your receipt. Ask the clerk/cashier about how long she/he estimates it will take to get there.

And you glued the small RFE envelope on the front of the big USPS envelope right?

What about the bar code? where should I put the bar code? behind the big envelope or take a photocopy of the bar code and glued it all over?

paper clip it? inside you mean? won't the little envelope fall off if you just paper clip it outside?

I think I'm going to send the immigration letter asking for the evidence inside the big envelope and stick the little RFE envelope to the front of the big usps envelope and type "RE:RFE Evidence Inside Big Envelope" and paste bar codes in the front and back of the big envelope??

Yes inside of it...the same barcode is on the rfe itself but idk if the scan the envelope itself but I'm dropping it in the big USPS envelope.

I didn't send the envelope at all and everything was fine. The bar code is already on the letter that they sent

Re: *****RFE Thread <- (Request for Evidence)****

what can i use for june 15th 2012 presence ? . um i made a payment that night to the courts , i sent in the receipt but i guess it didnt have my name so its why they saw it as insufficient , however since that payment was made to the clerk of the superior court , i just went down there and had them print out when they received that payment , the receipt they gave me dates that they received the payment on "6/22/2012" . but includes my case # , "payer name" and the check # . pretty much the same number i sent them that they saw as insufficient , i am planning on resending that since they match and the new receipt i have includes my name the clerk of the superior court and the check number which both seem to match up , ill be sending in both , the one that originaly shows that i made that payment on "6/15/2012" , that doesnt include my name only amount and check # and the new receipt they just gave me , my question is , is that sufficient ? ., i also had them printed out the previous payment before that , and one after , they are

payment made 5/5/2012

payment received clerk of superior court 5/11/2012
(with my name case number and check number matching)

payment made 6/29/2012
payment received clerk of superior court 7/16/2012
(with my name case number and check number matching)

is this enough?

Re: *****RFE Thread <- (Request for Evidence)****

I got asked for more info. Specifically for more proof of my arrest. It says "You did not provide a full explanation in part 7 of your form describing the circumstances, as requested in the instructions on part 3 of the form. Therefore, please provide a full explanation describing the circumstances"

Honestly, I didnt sent enough on my arrest, so I gathered my police report, letter of disposition proving I completed probatiom, and a receipt. Is this enough? Or is it asking me to write my perspective on the matter? Like, an essay? My parents "advised" to me I should personally write an explanation on what happened. Suggestions?

edit: I should explain that on the police report theres a full explanation of events, the substances they found, who I was with, etc.

Re: *****RFE Thread <- (Request for Evidence)****

Hey guys, My dad has me on his taxes receipts for one of the years where I only have one proof of residency ( a medical record, and one affidavit and stamped pictures of birthdays) Can i use that as evidence?

The thing is he filed those taxes with another address where he didn't live nor me and it was in another state, my aunt's house. but I have proof from previous years of living in that state but not in that exact address.

I also didn't include that address when I listed all the addresses where I have lived (because I only lived there for a week and i was 13)

So do you think I can submit those taxes or would they make my situation worse?

They most likelyhood had it in their hands either on Friday or Saturday. USCIS probably updated the info into their system on Sunday that your rfe was delivered.

if u get RFE for 2007, i wouldnt just send evidence just for that year because some uscis officer might expect the whole file again plus the RFE. if i were u i would send the entire packet again plus the RFE on the top just incase

idk about that , some have only sent in what they are asking for , on that letter it shall tell you what you need , for example , mine says "continuous presence 2012" . meaning the whole year of 2012 , if yours says 2007 , then i believe its only for 2007 ,. double check with your lawyer

As far as I know, yes. But, there have been some people hit with and RFE after having submitted a RFE. However, I think that is a small minority. Both my brother and I sent in only the info that they required and we were both fine.
