Checked Hrcapps turns out my mssd turned out favorable but I still haven't received a bct date. Fried Frank lawyers mention that I should now push uscis to give me an oath taking (passed interview already)

Yep call the local field office and push them, I'm planning on doing the same as soon as I clear. It really depends on the officer (and yours sound shitty), for others its worked out well though.

Yeah if there's no direct line go with infopass, maybe another officer more helpful will see you.
