It'll also split the republican majority in the senate in half. Just imagine what a democratic president can claim is a "national emergency" in the future. In my opinion, GOP senators would offer DACA & TPS amnesty for wall exchange before they line up and support this national emergency declaration.

Also, even though there is no posdible way tje Dems could get blamed for a shutdown, they dont even mention us in border security talks. But they obviously really do care.

The last time they brought DACA into shutdown discussions, the shutdown became Dems shutting down gov for DACA. I dunno if they wanna risk going down that road again.

I dunno man. These are the same people that so far seemed to choose Trump's hill to die on, so they're pretty unpredictable at this point.

At a certain point, that is no longer a good excuse because Trump is the one pushing for the Wall.
