Not sure if you know or not, but Parliamentarian can be overridden with a simple majority vote. Democrats don't do this because of "tradition" but I think if Chuck gets tired of the GOP stalling, he will set aside Parliamentary and just attach it to reconciliation process. Immigration is also tied to spending fyi. |
