MAVNI is not possible for new enlistments anymore and yes, it is possible for EWI. I was one.

I believe he did it through Chinese, most of us MAVNI DACA's are not hispanic obviously.

Interesting. didnt know chinese can be EWI thought they need a visa to enter

Just got cleared, no shipdate yet, recruiter said I need to stop by sign some paperwork go to MEPS and get a shipdate lol

I hope I get a 6 month away ship date. Any advise on what to tell my employer? I was set to be promoted to a manager (w/ six figures) in a month :(

Say nothing, until couple days before shipping. With MAVNI there is no telling. Dont be that guy that quits his job too early then DoD fucks your shipdate over. As far as legal issues, youre not obligated to tell your employer jack about shipping. Just act like youre surprised when telling them.
