I sent bank statements as well for june 15 and my lawyer said thatd be fine, you just never know with these people, they want to see you prove you ate breakfast and dinner on june 15 :/ and there has to be a way you are able to get your ged Tony but DONT give up talk to someone even your district counsel idk maybe they could help you jump that bridge and get you your ged

I am so nervous. I truly wish and hope that I get Approved. I was so patient and time went by so fast (8 months), but now these last couple of days I've become anxious and don't know what to think now. I want to stay positive. :shock:

Time Line:

Sent Application: Express Mail August 15, 2013. 126 pages thru Lawyer to Chicago, IL .

Recieved Receipt Notice Form I-797C of Application and Fee Received on August 21, 2013 and Rauted to the Nebraska Service Center.

Biometrics scheduled for and done on September 24, 2013

Sent an e-Service Request on March 09, 2014. No Answer then.

Recieved a RFE dated April 17, 2014 due Before July 14.

Well I hope they accept what I'm sending off tomorrow. I got a letter from the church I was attending stating that I was attending and taught a couponing class in June of 2012 and I also found an invoice from Otterbox for a warranty claim that I did on one of my cases with them in June of 2012. That's really all I have at this point. ':sad:
