email, they'll send you approval notes on both forms after RFE. if they need more proof they'll send you another RFE. In the end you also get hard copies through the mail about approvals but email is instant.

True that. I think the renewals should be easier and done faster than the initial applications. They already have all their info on file.

So its been around three weeks since you sent back your evidence? Ugh i thought it was a faster process once they received it 😏😒 oh well i guess we both have to wait a little longer 👎

I think they work Saturdays too. There have been people who have gotten approved on Saturdays.

Ive been waiting Since March, i also filed an e request for the RFE.
It said pending adjucation..
So much for the "within 60 days"

5/7/13
3/14/14 - received RFE letter.
3/19/14 - nebraska received my response.

They are just requesting proff of hereon 2010 and 2011 and proff of school. My online HS diploma did not count. But, I already got my GED now.

Where do I send my REF at???? on the letter it say's my case is at this office. but it does not have which office. They have address on the right top corner but it is some where in Lincoln, NE 68501. is this is where I send my REF at?????

I really thought the process would go by faster after an rfe since so many people kept getting approved a week or two after an rfe but I guess those days are over. im really hopeless and depressed at this point already :x:twisted:

applied feb 10th, bio march 27th rfe may 13th needed more evidence for 2007-2009, and letter from my previous employer to go along with my paystubs and w2's sent back on may 15th approved today at 7am

My lawyer just received my RFE letter there asking for proof of education, she sending my GED Diploma and RFE letter Monday morning to immigration yay! I hope I get a response/decision fast from Nebraska service center.

I am waiting for mine. Hate that today is Sunday and no mail. I should get it by tomorrow or Tuesday. I am getting scared as the day comes nearer. Keep thinking it is gonna be something difficult :-? Please God, let it be easy and let me get it over with!

Yes my home school diploma but they didn't accept it, so had to send in another source of education because there asking for it in RFE letter (which would be my GED) :-)

So, both are REF send out same day. Which office in NSC did you sent?
I had send mine to Lincoln, NE.
on my letter it did not say I should receive resoponse in 60 day's like all the other applicant. Did your say that?

Lol how funny both of our RFEs were mailed back the same day. My lawyer did all of that for me. I never got to see the RFE, she only told me what they were requesting from me, but she gave me tracking number and it says it's being sent priority mail 2nd day (expected delivery June 19,2014) to Lincoln, NE 68501-2521
