Form I-765

Question 14 & 15

On my first application I put for 14 " Entered w/out inspection
& on 15 I put " Unlawful Status: DACA"

Should I do the same on my renewal application? For question 15, am I still considered "Unlawful Status:DACA"?


Also,
on form 821-D

Should I leave part 6-8 blank since they do not apply to me? or should I put "N/A" ??

So when i applied I used one of my last names only on all my applications example : Maria Suarez but USCIS changed my work permit to my full name on my birth certificate Maria Suarez Mendez. SHould I apply with the second full last name since i know im suppose to write the same thing i wrote in my first application WHich was Maria Suarez?

Hi everyone,

Sorry if these questions have been asked but I got couple of questions. So this time around, I'm re-applying by myself instead of relying on someone else.

For the I-821D, Part 2, #8, the question is "Have you left the United States without advanced parole on or after August 15, 2012?". I haven't left the country at all and never applied for advanced parole so do I leave this question and the next few questions blank, or do I write on No box and write passport number and expiration date even though I never left the country?

As for I-765, what do I put as for questions 14 and 15? For 14 (Status at Last Entry), do I put "No Lawful Status" even though I came to this country with visitor visa and had EAD long time ago as a child? Or do I put a different term? For question 15 (Current Immigration Status), do I put "Deferred Action"?

Any help to these questions, I greatly appreciate the help.

If you haven't left the US at all, just check NO . It might specify that you only have to answer the next few questions if you answered YES. Since you put NO and have not left the US, leave them blank.

You don't put no lawful status since you did come with a visitor visa. You would write the visitor visa. Current immigration status is C 33.

So, guys I have a question about the application renewal. What did you guys put in the 765ws? Will it be fine if I put down that I'm a college student and want to work for my tuition?

Hello everyone,my sister is going to send the renewal form next week and she has the following questions:
Form I-821D question #16 : she is hispanic but we do not know what race should be selected?
Form I-821D question # 4a what should she write on "In care of name"?
Form I765 next to the question "which USCIS office? " says DATE, what date should she write? The one when she was aproved ?

821d page 1, question 7, are we supposed to put our given work permit social #?
same question for the i-765 form
