Hello everyone have been following this thread for a while. I got one rfe sent to me April 15. Got it sent back and it was received in Nebraska in May 6th. Still no word I have my sister in law who filed a few days before me got first rfe the same day and was asked for three more rfes. She got approved last fri. I'm still waiting. I applied in August last year. Bio metrics sept. Nothing until I called once my 6 months were up. Just a few weeks until the 60 days since they received my rfe I'm sooo frustrated!

Got a text case update! At 5:30am They received my RFE yesterday June 19! Now I wait for decision within 60 days!

It was for a court disposition. Easily done my lawyer sent it in. Still no word just when they received it on may 6

I was fined twice for driving without a license. So they wanted info about that. My only two tickets. I'm married to a citizen and have three kids. I just can't wait to get a good job so I can support them better!! Get into a bigger house and just be able to take them on trips like Disneyland lol

Hi everyone :) Hang in there people !! I lose hope once ina while lol :/ Being approved for Daca since June 4th 2014 BUT ON JUNE 3RD 2014 THEY SENT OUT A 2ND RFE FOR THE 2ND TIME REQUESTING THE I765WS AGAIN .. THE 1ST RFE FOR THE I76WS WAS ON FEB 20 2014 SENT BACK AROUND MARCH AND DIDNT HEAR FROM THEM TILL JUNE 3RD 2014 SENDING OUT ANOTHER RFE ASKING THE SAME THING THE I76WS :. ( IDK WHAT THEY COULD POSSIBLY WANT I PUT DOWN 0 FOR INCOME CUS I DNT WOTK AROUND 500 FOR EXPENSES AND 0 FOR ASSETS I EXPLAINED TO THEM I HAVE A SON AND I NEED TO SUPPORT HIM AS WELL AS ME ..

I SENT BACK THE RESPONSE I76WS AGAIN ON JUNE 16 THEY RECIEVED IT ON THE 19th so now im jus waiting ...

SO IM LIKE WTFREAK MAN IDK IF ILL GET APPROVED OR NOT :.(
IM HAPPY I GOT APPROVED FOR THE I821D BUT NOW IM JUS WAITONG TO SEE OF I GET APPROVED FOR THE I765 (WORK PERMIT)

I received my RFE today. Thank God! It is simple. Stupid me. I forgot to send picture ID with my name on it. I am going to send it back today.

I am sure you will get approved. If you get your deferred action approved, there is a high chance your i765 will also be approved. You received a RFE for the i765ws because you didn't fill it out and then maybe made a mistake the second time. Good luck!

I got the best news on Saturday, My husband was approved!!!! It only took 7 days for approval after they received his RFE response.

6/5/2013 application sent (used attorney) Nebraska
6/12/2013 letter for biometrics received
7/3/13 Biometrics done
5/6/14 RFE issued
6/13/14 RFE response received by Nebraska (text at 11:30pm)
6/21/14 APPROVED!!!!! (Got the text on Saturday at 12pm EAD and 1:45pm for 821D form)
1 year 2 weeks for approval

congrats..! did you get a letter or Notice of Receipt for your RFE in the mail../Or did you only get the Text Message of receiving your RFE?

Thank you, we got a text for a case update saying they received our response and we would have a answer in 60 days. Not sure if our lawyer received a letter saying they received it. You can always check your case online to see if they received it as well

Congratz! What did they ask for on his RFE? 7 days is a awesome wait time, hopefully it takes me only 7 days to get a decision on my RFE.

Thank you, I couldn't believe it only took 7 days. They asked for 2009 evidence we didn't send much first time and evidence he was here on 6/15/2012. we didn't have anything for that date so we sent alot of stuff for the whole year and stuff around that time, such as car repairs, receipts with his name on it, affidavit from job, facebook post from me and friends with him on it since he doesn't have a facebook. Our Response was 240 pages and well put together.

Wishing you luck, its the best feeling when you get that text.

Hi Alexander ..welcome..seems like you and user M fuentes? And I sent out the rfe on the 16th and USCIS recieved it on the 19th..M Fuentes jus got approved today isnt that awesome , only took him a cople of days or so!! ..we should be next if God permits lets keep hoping and prayin !!;)

I got daca approved on June 4th but rfe on june 3rd for the i765 requesting i765ws again for the second time ..I got the 1st rfe for the i821d for proof of being here on June 15th and i765 requesting the i765ws on feb 20 which I sent bck around march and heard from them till june 4th when I got approved for the i821d but then again I got rfe for the second time after sending them the exact same thing theyre requesting again :/ they asked for the i76ws which is the one of expenses and assets and income and explanation...which I sent on March but they rfe again ..idk if its cus I put 0 for income and around 500 for expenses and 0 for assets ..do u think the number has to do with anything??

And Mfuentes is another user who sent an rfe bck the exact same day u and I did and fot approve today!!:)

Who do you live with? If it's with your parents, write that down and explain to them that you need an EAD to help them out and help yourself out.

I explained to them that my family helps me out with food and shelter ..and that I need a work permit to provide for my son and myself as well ..idk tho what do u think about the number being so small ? U think ill still be approved?

I don't think the numbers will affect it, some people get approved with all zero's on their income sheet. It might just be that worker who's a little reluctant. Keep your spirits high, very soon you have more opportunities with your EAD.

Really people have gotten approved with all zeros?? And yeah I know I try to be hopeful but Its kina frustrating knowing ive been approved for the daca but got rfe for the work permit two times ..like what can they possibly want :/ I check my status like evry minute no lie and it gets me really down cus it still says they received my rfe response on June 19th 2 ppl sent out rfes on the exact same day as me and already got approved yesterday and today after like 5 days !! So quick !! So it gives me a lil hope that mines being approved soon hopefully :/

The best advice I can give you is to preoccupy yourself with something and only check your status twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the evening. It's very tough but you will be way more relaxed. And yes, all zero's, they just explain the situation.

Good thing to that is you only have 10 more days to go! I think they have a maximum of 60 days to respond to a RFE. I sent mine Monday and they should receive it by today. So my waiting game begins anew :-?

Just got a text update for my work permit but decided to checked I821D and this is what I found !!!!!!!

On June 25, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I821D Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Funny thing is that I checked the uscis page last night around 9 pm and was still on initial review but just got the text right now and card went into production ( no text update for I821D)
