Alex they received my RFE response on June 3. if this wait was killing me (I applied in Sep 3 2013) I can just imagine how u feel but you are a step closer on getting approved.

What the longest someone had to wait to receive a rfe? Mine was sent out June 13th, but I haven't receive yet.

I did. It has taken the longest waits for everything if that makes sense. I had to call them when my 6 months were up just to get a rfe. It took the full two weeks for my rfe to arrive. And now I am on day 52 of 60 for a decision after them receiving my rfe. The wait is just redicilous.

I had to wait about 10 days. When you check your status and it says that the date that they have sent you a RFE, it isn't correct. It only means that the officer has decided to send you a RFE and not that they have sent you one in the mail yet. When I received my RFE, it was dated days letter after the status update. It takes a while.

HEY GUYS I JUS GOT APPROVED FOR THE I765 TODAY THIS MORNING AFTER SENDING BCK THE RFE RESPONSE ON JUNE 19TH ..TOOK JUS 7DAYS !!GOD IS SOOOO GOOD !!!! Ive been DACA APPROVED SINCE JUNE 4TH SOOOOO...U CAN IMAGINE HOW IM FEELING RIGHT NOW THAT I GOT APPROVED FOR THE WORK PERMIT WEEKS LATER AFTER RECIEVEING AN RFE FOR I765 TWO TIMES!! REQUESTIN THE I765WS !! EVERYONE STAY HOPEFUL..YOU GUYS ARE NEXT , JUS STAY HOPEFUL AND FAITHFUL , TALK TO TO GOD HE IS AWESOME !!!♡

If I was u will be contacting my US representative. This might help. I did after my 6 month where up they send a request for me on the 3/18/14 uscis responded on th 4/04/14 and USCIS send me a RFE on 4/30/14. My US reprensetative told me to contact them early this month if there was no response or update.

Ok you guys, this is it I hope. I sent in my RFE response yesterday. (lawyer sent it)
I am very nervous i cant lie. I received the RFE on 04/09/2014 asking for "currently enrolled in School" proof. I guess the receipts for my GED course where not enough. How ever, I dropped out the program when I was in USCIS custody last April 2013 and never enrolled again till I got the RFE. I re-enrolled in a program as soon as I got the notice and I passed the GED test with no problem. So i sent them the proof of enrollment and GED certificate, I just hope they approve me.

Has any one encountered the same situation and gotten denied and approved?

SOOOOO NERVOUS RIGHT NOW!!!!!

So my lawyers secretary was reading the application to me in Spanish. Just cuz I understand better in Spanish. One question she read to me just asking if I've been arrested. I said yes cuz when I was 16 i was pulled over and of corse driving without license. But my dad forgot to put his new insurance card in the car so I was arrested for not having insurance or license. But I parents brought the insurance so was only charged with traffic violation. Later when I got my rfe it said the question I awnsered yes to said if you ever been arrested and convicted of a felony. Witch no I wasn't. So I had to send my court dispositions to them stating I only had a traffic violation and paid my tickets.

Oooooo ok I see, well hopefully you hear something before 60 days :-/ I'm still waiting as well.. My RFE said they didn't accept my home school diploma and I need another type of diploma that is regozied under the state so I took my GED test and I passed it. My lawyer got everything she need from me (GED, proof that I took a placement test In college with my home school diploma ect ect) she sent everything already and uscis already notified me on June 19 they received my RFE and will be reviewing it. I should expect a decision within 60 days of the date they received my RFE. Crossing fingers I hear something very VERY SSOON. I see people gett approved within 7-22 days after they sent there RFE to them.

Who is your US representative?
My case has been on initial review since Jan 15th. So next month I will be in the 6 month club.

I want to contact my US rep but I'm iffy about it bc I'm from TX and most are against DACA.

also when you did the e request, what was the info they have you?

I sent an email to the director of USCIS a few weeks back and I believe thats what got my case over the hill.

I googled who was my US Rep for my city and state. On services there was a link name help with federal agency clicked on it and it send me to an authorization form ( name,address,phone number, receipt #and date of application) fill it out and got and email letting me know they had put in a request with uscis when uscis responded they forwarded the email to me letting me know exactly what uscis said. (Uscis response was that me case was put in line for review).

I have looked up my us representative and he's a republican who was against DACA and even voted against it. Any other options on who to contact to make the process faster. I'm from Texas

woah u have almost over a year and half!? :/ thats crazy ..aww hang in there I bet u will be approved soon..I sent out my Rfe bck on June 16th and got approved on June 27th and others as well sent an rfe bck the exact week as me and have gotten approved as well in the same week ..approvals seem to be quick after rfs now but yeah dont loose hope ..have faith in God ..Talk to God he is sucha wonderful listener ♡ Remember God never gives u more than what we can handle ..hey ur just one step closer..and soon very soon u will be here letting us know u got approved !!:)

u will have to call..but I dnt think ur gunna reach ur 60 dys..ur going to get approved very soon..just keep speaking truth and saying ur goin to get approved ok:)
