I have not seen any approval in quiet a few months, mine is almost 13 months in the waiting... covid really slowed everything down, or it was a good excuse for the administration to block everything.

I recently moved; I'm confused as to who I should contact to notify immigration of my address change. Do I contact USCIS, NVC or US Consulate/Embassy?
