Texas service center received my RFE on the 2nd and still no response!!anyone else on the same boat as me??

Stupid ass USPS I sent my RFE Monday morning at 8:30AM next day air and its not there yet.. Called those idiots to hurry and get it there and refund my money

That sucks. The Express mail survice is supposed to be next day shipping. I sent mines through express service at 1PM and it arrived in Vermont at 12PM the next day. Make sure you get a refund. Sometimes the post office service sucks and they wonder why they loosing business.

I sent my application on 8/15 with express mail and everything went fine and my luck this time it gets delayed, especially with thanksgiving weekend around the corner... Soo annoyed.. I will 100% get my refund but honestly it's not even about the money I just want my RFE To get there the time I anticipated

Thank you guys, it's been such a long journey. In this deferred action process I was shut out by people I believed had my back, it put things into perspective. I won't let them bring me down though, it's a new life and new opportunities to meet more wonderful people.
