how do you know ? I'm juts curious because I'm a political junkie and I never heard of such information.

Pelosi is very confident that by the end of this year DADT will be history. So, I think DADT will be attached to the DOD bill again after the November election.

Before means more Republican whining about trying to get the Latino votes. Probably after.

They should bring for a vote before elections and if it fails then use rule 14 again.
