No, the new ver. of DA states (we don't know if this will be the new DA) all undocumented immigrants will be disqualified from in-state tuition. As for you, you will pay in-state in which-ever state that you live in because you qualified for DA and you will be legal. As a legal resident, you pay state tax and thus you will be qualified for in-state tuition in your own state.

uhm lol i edited that not long after i posted it. It's isn't a joke but i honestly wanted to know because at 30 people are usually some what established in their lives and it's not uncommon for a dreamer with a degree to be working in a restaurant etc because they can't apply for a job in their field. So you being the only 30 year old currently commenting, I had to ask. Maybe it's hard for you to believe but I'm not thinking about myself, even if that'll help you sleep at night. No one other than the folks I've meet on here fall under the Dream Act, and I'm only talking about those who fall under the DA. What do you do in corporate america if you don't mind me asking lol. Don't get so butt hurt over a question.

we will keep getting in state tuition right? i think at this point they actually want it to pass, since they're adding tougher restrictions, age should be 32-33, somewhere in the middle.

syd what u want the guy to say? that hes been selling fruits all his life? Not everyone is as fortunate as you to go back home at the age of 18 right when everyone is starting to realize that the government aint going to do shit about us. for the last 10 years theyve been trying to pass the DA, people had hope back then. People grow up here and don't want to go back to their shitty origin countries. Idk... I dont even see the point of arguing about this with someone whos made their mind about going back "home". for most of us America is home.

For realz man.. No dreamer left behind. If they've passed the DA 10 years ago a lot of us wouldn't even have qualified, That's a lot of pissed of "dreamers" I say we must understand each other and work towards a common goal instead of this selfishness behavior that's been going on. We blame them being selfish but look at ourselves..
