Not really. Last time around the Freedom Caucus was being a cunt but they voted for it anyway. It was expected that they would do the same this time.

They told him it's either the 1 month deal by Republicans, or 5 day deal by democrats which would put pressure right before the STOU causing more problems.

Mark Meadows says the deal is they’ll vote in the next 10 days on breaking the spending caps with a defense-only funding bill and a commitment to vote on a conservative immigration bill, meaning the Goodlatte DACA bill.
