On November 23, 2012, we mailed a notice requesting initial evidence in this case

What does it mean? RFE?

You are being issued a request for evidence. Maybe they need more evidence of continuous presence or maybe they need more information on something in your case. When u get the letter it will tell why you are being issued a rfe. Don't be worried about being issued a rfe. You can expect to be approve soon after you respond to the rfe.

Both of my friends got RFE. One got RFE for daca and other is I797

lol, it shows dates and payments of $15 every month, from 2004-2012 (who knew wasting hours on a game, might help me get my EAD), oh life you so crazy...hopefully it helps :D
