yeah... there is typically an email that comes through from the NVC. The email will say something along the lines of "received all requested documents" or "case now in the queue for an interview"

At that point your case will be considered "Documentary Qualified". I've also seen some people call it "Case Closed" at this point.

Anybody have their interview lately? My husband had his this Wednesday in El Salvador and they approved him. They just asked to see the waiver, asked if he entered once, when we got married, if it was both our first marriage, and the year he entered. The person didn’t bother with the others documents except for the marriage and birth certificate. It says it’s in administrative processing when we checked the visa status online. How long does it take for it to change?
