This RFE's is worrying me so bad! I'm still on initial review but i have a feeling im going to get an RFE

which service did you sent it at? They received mine on 11/19 at California center they say it could take long as 2 days and i also seen people waiting over a month after they get a rfe

Over speeding and driving tickets and court evidence ... do you think it's take how long ?? I'm refuge and my case is I-485....

Hard to say tbh, on this thread it seems like majority got approved 7 days after submition, a couple after 2-3 days and very few over a month.. I been waiting for over a week now.. I wish they kept RFE's under a week since we already waited inline for a decision

lawyer sent my RFE response on thursday...i hope i get approve before Christmas. It'll be the best present i could ever get.
