yeah it'll be finished on saturday if DREAM gets voted down. heres another caveat: if you are a fence sitting senator, would you want to vote yes on DREAM so you can stay for another 30 hours and not be home for the holidays after the majority leader just made you work 1 extra week?

I wonder what time the vote is? I want to watch it on CSPAN but I dont want to be up early for nothing! :)

Are you serious? We have one last shot at this and we're complaining about which luxuries are going to cost us? Please.

Of course I want to be up early to see if the vote gets passed. My future (and wife and kids future) depends on this vote. I had hoped the smiley face and the context would express the light hearted tone of the message. Yes this is very serious, but dont be so judgemental and pick apart my "up early" comment. When you ask, "are you serious" the answer is- no. The only way I have gotten through the last 10+ years waiting for the DREAM Act to pass is to take a little humor along with me.
