Wait Extends Into 2018 to Determine Fate of Young Immigrants
Flake said he and other lawmakers have worked with White House chief of staff John Kelly and other administration officials. Kelly outlined a list of White House priorities at a meeting on Tuesday and pledged to present a detailed list by Friday of border security and other policy changes it wants as part of a broader deal on the immigrants, Flake said.
We will see if democrats agree with all those border security priorities. https://www.usnews.com/news/politics...nts?src=usn_tw |
Re: Wait Extends Into 2018 to Determine Fate of Young Immigrants
Let me guess, other administrative officials include Steohen Miller..

Re: Wait Extends Into 2018 to Determine Fate of Young Immigrants
I don’t think border security is the issue. Talks will likely derail when Republicans demand “other policy changes”.
AKA the Cotton/Perdue/Miller Make-Amerikkka-White-Again wish list. |

Re: Wait Extends Into 2018 to Determine Fate of Young Immigrants
DURBIN says Senate #DACA negotiators—who are meeting almost daily now—are not close to a deal: “We’ve got a long way to go and we’re running out of time.” He expects the White House to send a list of policy demands on FRIDAY.
So one day thy say they’re close and then the opposite.. |
Re: Wait Extends Into 2018 to Determine Fate of Young Immigrants
The Democrats are trying to play us. They will go on to say that “they fought for us” but when it all fails they will just place blame on the GOP while later asking for our votes and donations. It’s time for us to wake up and hold them accountable. It’s now or never.

@seungminkim 46m NEW McConnell statement: "If negotiators reach an agreement on (immigration) by the end of January, I will bring it to the Senate floor for a free-standing vote. " |
Re: Wait Extends Into 2018 to Determine Fate of Young Immigrants
McConnell said it himself, he prefers a 3 year DACA extension + supreme border security and enforcement.
Durbin just said that they are having a hard time agreeing on this. Quote:

Democrats got banboozled

Re: Wait Extends Into 2018 to Determine Fate of Young Immigrants
Let me guess, Trump wants the most dramatic change to immigration law since 1965, full funded border wall, "chain migration" ( whatever the fuck that means,), no sanctuary cities, e-verify, and whatever his buddies at numbers USA and fair ask for in exchange for bridge act. I have a feeling Kelly is going to come with a bunch of poison pills if he lets Squidward (Miller) get in on the negotiations.

Let this be a lesson to all. Don't vote democrat if you become USC. Tell your family and friends not to vote Democrat. You'll be aligning yourself with a party full of fraudsters.

Re: Wait Extends Into 2018 to Determine Fate of Young Immigrants
I think this is what will happen in January, Republicans will bring dream act, raise act, interior enforcement and ending sanctuary city bill to the Senate floor to vote on and all the Democrats will vote NO.
Come elections time, Republicans will say we had Dream Act for vote but none of the democrats voted for. Democrats be like, we voted NO , cause we didn’t want hurt the immigrants community. Case close , both of be like, please Vote for us! |
