Hello Everyone I’m new here.
I don’t know where else to reach out to for help.
I want to know If anyone else has applied for DACA (INITIAL APPLICATIONS)
As of last year 2017 at the California Service Center. I initially applied
On May 2017, and I haven’t heard back.

It takes six months, you can contact them. Look at uscis website for more info

It’s been 8 months. I submitted an inquiry already.
I just wanna know the processing times and personal experiences from last yr applicants.
Just want to get an idea on how much longer I have to wait.

Did you ever get a response to your inquiry? I also applied for the first time in July of last year. I hit 6 months on January 11th and immediately called to make an inquiry. I’m still waiting on a response to it. Did the inquiry give you any valuable information?

My husbands DACA application was approved today! Took around 8 months in total.

Application received: 05/18/2017
Biometrics: 07/07/2017 completed
Approved: 01/22/2018
Card received: still pending

I did get a response by one of the immigrantion officers.
It said that initial applications could take up to 11 months.
After 11 months it was considered outside of the processing time.
This information wasn’t useful for me, I wanted to know what applications they were
Reviewing as of now.

Hopefully I hear something back this week or next week. My application
Was received on 5/25/17 and did my Biometrics on 6/14/17

I had been searching everywhere for someone to say that their case was approved from 2017. Then all of a sudden I get a bunch of text alerts that there was an update.

I even just got another alert about his actual DACA application that it was approved today.

No, we never submitted an inquiry. We thought about it. But decided not to.

Yes, it was processed at the California Service Center.

Did you submit an inquiry? We got the notification at around 2pm est.

Since mine is a week away from your husband's hopefully I hear back next week.

Hey, I applied for the first time May 23,2017 & did my biometrics July 10,2017. I still haven't heard anything ethier. The only thing the keeps changing is the date when I go check on my case but it still says my case is being processed.

I checked through an app, and I saw that Cases from May 24th were already approved. Yet some from March are still pending. I have no clue on what’s going on. They’re skipping people.

Really what app? My husbands was sent in May too & he hasn't heard anything back ethier. I hope they ain't skipping us, I just hope to hear something soon.

The app is called "case tracker" and I checked on cases before mine just to get an idea. Although it might not be that accurate. But just seeing a case from May 24th already gotten approved seemed a bit odd.

Hi I submitted everything in June of 2017,did bios in Aug and I have not had an approved case. I filed inquiry in March but only got back a letter saying that my case is still being reviews in the California center. (Hopeless)

My application was actually IOE and not at The California Service Center
I initially applied May 2017 and got approved on February 20th 2018.
It took 9 months
Don’t lose hope have faith ! I have been there
Send multiple inquiries through the phone and online.

Husbands application just got approved!! California service center but said IOE
