Uscis has to issue their guidelines again. Don’t go applying quite yet. I’m waiting to hear from AILA and I’ll let you all know.

Looks iffy. What if immigration border officials have it against us and don't let us back in? DACA is much more political nowadays.

I’ll do it but maybe after the pandemic. My country of origin is not doing so well right now

When pandemic is over I'm going to AP on a business trip.

Assuming AP is back, would they even approve AP now during a pandemic?

If you have a good reason than yes. But I'm not risking with AP. All it takes is 1 officer who doesn't like you at the airport and you're done.

Due to business ventures, I actually know a officer in NY. I make sure all my international employees always see him on the way into the country.

Why would anyone want to buy a house at these times?

All it takes is Trump to be re-elected and within a snap of a finger, he can bury DACA six feet down regardless of what the Supreme Court's decision was.

To say that you own a house to your friends, when in reality you put in 5% towards down payment and 95% is mortgage landed by the bank.

probably sometime next year. not going out of the country for the past 3-ish years has been so suffocating.
I don't know about yall but this is the best part of this ruling for me personally. Something so liberating about being able to go out and come back like almost everyone else.
