Re: New Texas filing
So I skimmed thru the order, this is what I got...the court says this case has been pending for over 18 months and needs to come to a resolution. The states say that the SCOTUS order has no impact on their case and therefore a summary judgment must be made. But defendants disagree with the state’s motion and asks for more time for discovery and that SCOTUS ruling should be considered in this case. The letter goes on to state what has happened in the case, how much discovery time has been granted to each party it ends in this....a new schedule has been set forth to start on a clean slate. Government needs to file administrative records by aug 25. Re-file motion for summary judgment with new arguments by oct. 2, defendants must respond by October 30th. All final responses to each other’s briefs must be submitted by November 6!!!

Re: New Texas filing
Republicans love immigrants LOL
It amazes me that there are DACA recipients that support republicans. It also amazes me there are Hispanics and other immigrants that support this redneck scum, the irony of it. Republican states tent to be free loaders that carry on thanks to the Federal taxes collected from Blue states, red states are a bunch of free loaders cry baby ignorant racist scum. |
Re: New Texas filing
Lol if all DACA recipients escaped Texas can they sue? There would be no damages

just like immigrants together will put pressure on both parties to bring up solution exactly same way more pressure on DACA heading towards permanent solution. immigrants won't get together and there won't be a solution. no pressure on daca no solution. just wait and see |
Re: New Texas filing
The reason judge Hanen is doing this is because he loves us and he wants to show us some tough love. He heard some of us are getting too comfortable talking shit about new immigrants so he wants to remind us what it feels like to be a real illegal again.
