Adjustment of Status I-485 Questions through Marriage

Hello, I have some question on form I-485 for anyone that came back with AP and was EWI and trying to adjust now through US citizen spouse?

Form I-485
16. Have you EVER worked in the United States without authorization?
Worked and filed tax return before getting DACA using my own SSN (but no EAD at the time).

67. Have you EVER been a stowaway on a vessel or aircraft arriving in the United States?

71. Have you EVER entered the United States without being inspected and admitted or paroled?

Can anyone shed light on what's the right answer to put?

Seems like something a lawyer should answer and especially if youve answered similar questions before.

1. Yes.
2. Unless you originally entered by sneaking aboard a plane or boat - no.
3. Yes.

For 3 explain in the last section that you have originally entered without inspection, you have only ever entered without inspection once, and for your most recent arrival you got AP, traveled out, and re-entered using it.

Hi Demise,

Thanks for taking the time reply to my thread.

I just want to clarify my situation with #3 "Have you EVER entered the United States without being inspected and admitted or paroled?"

I remember at the time I was a kid (25+ years ago) and came with a guy as father, arrived on airplane originally and was "inspected and admitted before an immigration officer" at the airport, perhaps using another identity, he did not give me any copy for I-94, so I can't prove the entry with inspection.
However to answer the question, it would be a 'NO' and to explain "I was personally inspected, but not in my name, and I don't have I-94 to show."

I don't know the legal consequence, what's your take on it?
