So I'm seeing a lot of people got RFEd for having gaps in their continous presence. It's kind of weird. I had like a 2 year old gap from 2009 to 2011. The only thing I had for that gap was a letter from the pastor of my church that said I have been attending the church since 2008. And the letter wasn't even notarized.

I sent high school and college transcripts and a bunch of other things but in December 2010 i had a baby and didn't go to college in 2011 . i think it's just that. Well i hope it's just that! Because i have medical records and bank statements and amazon receipts for 2011. I hope they don't ask me for evidence from when I was still in high school because the only thing i have are the transcripts.

some RFE's take up to 2 weeks or a little more, it depends how big the work pile is.

I just got mine today, I waited 8 days for it. I was getting worried it was lost, but I looked on google and saw that some people received their RFE's after 2 weeks or more so I was a bit more relaxed after reading about those experiences.

More proof from 07-12. I have to resend them some things they overlooked and explain that they overlooked those items. Honestly I'm so at peace with this RFE in my hands, in a few weeks I will get a message that will change my life forever and I'm going to accept it one way or another. Life will go on.

For those that got an RFE. After you took your biometrics, how long did it take USCIS to notify you that you were getting an RFE? My theory is that if they don't get back to you within 7 days of taking your biometrics that means you are going to be approved?
