EWIs over the age of 18 would be banned from entering the US for 3 or 10 years if they leave the country so to answer your initial question yes its still hard to do. Unless you can get a waiver for extreme hardship which is still risky

Did you online status change at all after they've received from RFE? My sister sent her RFE like two weeks ago and her status still hasn't changed at all. Still says the original RFE message saying that they've mailed out the RFE.

Yeah, haha my status changed about... 24 hours after I mailed it.

I mailed it Monday November 19 at 4:30 pm, it was delivered Tuesday at 1:30, and my status changed at 3:45? whenI got the text, 4:15 when I got the email.

So about 24 hours or so.

Hey guys, just post my time. In a little over a week it will be 2 months since I mailed back my REF, on my case status up date the USCIS said they will provde an update in 60 days. Its almost 60 days I hope I get a respond soon. Have anyone been waiting over 2 months after responded to a RFE???

No, I just rage because the Vermont Service Center take decades to process the 500 pages I sent of evidence.

I sent them a small trunk with evidence.

I think u should send anything u have in ur name before June 15 around June 15 nd after June 15.. I didn't have anything on that date (June 15) I sent whatever I had, around that time frame

I had texas it did take em a while to respond they recieved my respond on nov 2 n i got aproove a lil over a month later on december 6 but i already received my car n aprooovel letter i even went yesterday to apply for my social !! But good luck.. Some ppl wer faster to recieve an aproovel that was just my personal experience
