Great we can help each other :)

So I've been reading about the RFE and some seem to be proof of continuous residence from 2011 to June 15, 2012. I came here when I was 4 in 1998 with a B2. So I put copies of old passport with I-94, new passport, birth certificate and translation, school records since 2003-2011, notarized copies of my middle school diploma ('07) and high school diploma ('11), copy of college acceptance ('11), and finally bank statements from May 10th to June 11, 2012, June 12th to July 11th 2012, and July 12th to August 9th 2012.

Plus I also added copies of my EAD and SN which are legal, because I had a case that didn't go thru. Which I put my Alien and SN # on my application.

I'm concerned about getting and RFE because I don't know if I have enough proof from 2011 to 2012. I graduated June 2011 (HS Diploma) and I put things for mid 2012 but not the beginning so I feel like the 6mths may be what kills me...Thoughts?

PS: I added a copy of my college ID it said *Fall 2012* and in the app my last day attended to classes was May 5th, 2011 because that was the end of the Spring Semester, and when I filled out my application the Fall semester hadn't started.

I have a year gap from 2011 June to 2012 May.
I've just provided bank statements for that gap.

And as for the presence on June 15th 2012, I've also submitted bank statement. (withdraw made on June 20th-ish) I've attended summer class for august 2012, submitted enrollment letter too.

My lawyer and my free service agents told me it was enough to prove both.
USCIS did say one bank statement per year is enough.

But in the end, just have to wait and see.

I would think that you are fine. I submitted a letter from June 4th and for June 25. I got an RFE but it was not for that.

Oh that's good to know about the one bank statement per year. So we both are worrying about that time frame. I think we are good, but theirs a bit of worry.

When did you send your application?

I've just applied. They received it this week.

And also here's the post:

Only 2~3 evidence per year and he's already approved. (refer to his sig)

Anyways,
I sent small packet compared to everyone else here, yet covers the needed proofs.

"USCIS will review the documentation in its totality to determine whether it is more likely than not that you were continuously residing in the United States for the period since June 15, 2007. "

I'm kinda worried about an RFE as well. For the June 15, 2012 requirement I only sent two letters from a university director and my manager at a clinic :(

That's a great example. Yeah my packet is very slim I just pretty much sent school records which pretty much covers everything and the bank statements for proof of residency.

Thank you for that it makes me even less worried. Hope your process is fast! :)

We're on the same boat. I only sent a DHL receipt confirmation with my signature on an item I bought online.

I think you are fine! Because the two letters are from trusted sources and say you were here on that date! That requirement its not too touchy it has a lot of bending since nobody even knew that they were going to come up with the deferred action on June 15th if we all knew we would have bought stuff with our debit/credit cards lol. So as long as you proof you were here around that day your good :)

When you guys say you sent one bank statement per year, does that mean one statement that covers a one month period, or a huge statement that covers the entire year?

I sent one Dec 2011, one March 2011, and one June 2012.

Rest cover by school records and etc.
