I cannot find any mention of it online. If its from Trump's man Rick Scott, it may not exist. Those terms look too generous coming from the GOP.

Border security (not a wall) in exchange for a REAL pathway towards citizenship for dreamers make some much sense.

Expect a full on assault on ANY sort of reform by the left wingers (aka UWD, ultra radical liberals).

That is totally sensible but you can expect STRONG opposition to that from the radical left House members (ex. AOC, Tlaib, Omar etc) and they will get support from big money machine organizations like UWD.
