Woah, 40 days? That's odd. Was your RFE really complicated? What did they ask for and what evidence did you send?, i can't inagine it taking this long if it was a straight-forward simple gap in your continuosly 5-year evidence and you sent something solid like a H.S transcript covering years in the gap.

They asked me for driving speeding tickets court evidence and I did send them what they asked for

I'm glad my RFE was only 2 weeks lol I would of gone crazy if it took like a month +

I've been following some random RFE's (about 10) there are some over 2 months old and still no approval.. It sucks but what can you do
