Got RFE earlier because Trump wanted to make sure I am not asking for public assistance (what a stupid form).

Two days ago I found out I am in the queue to be scheduled. Where I am now USCIS estimates 17-41 months? What the hell...

I got a new EAD card under C09 Adjustment of status applicant. But for 1 year only.

However, it has no condition anymore like DACA.
