I sent Middle school diploma may 2007
and then h/s diploma may 2011
thats 4 years
and then I sent my summer school class transcript so I guess its my fault.

nothing i can really do. i made a service request about a week ago and no fruit yet.
worst of the worst they will not approve me. through my 28 years of my life i know one thing that life goes on.

u'll get approve don't say they will not approve you....you made the service request so let's hope by this week they will take a look at it since they have to respond you in 60 days after they received your RFE....

Do you send the RFE letter the sent you with the evidence? I know I send the last page and put it on top but what about the letter?

Yup Im sending it now actually

Online print out of my fall 2011 till spring 2013 transcript

and h/s transcript all 4 years (official)

and my school id

should i include my diploma from middle and h/s too? or is that to much?

do i send the letter they sent me with the info? i know i have to send the cover page they provide. thanks

So intially I sent my Middle School Diploma 2007, High School 2011 and 2012 Schedule

If you look at the letter it asks for 2008,2009,2010 (PIC LINK ABOVE)

so would my High School Transcript Be Suffice or should I send my UIC Fall 2011-2012 transcript too?

Very similar to my RFE mine was 07,08,09

If you graduated HS in 11 just send the full transcript which should be 07-11 which is all your need.. I know for mine I sent just a transcript and got approved

EDIT:Actually we basically have the exact same RFE I graduated a year before you and got asked for a year earlier all you need is a transcript, you can send more if it makes you feel better but you'll be 100% fine

Woah, 40 days? That's odd. Was your RFE really complicated? What did they ask for and what evidence did you send?, i can't inagine it taking this long if it was a straight-forward simple gap in your continuosly 5-year evidence and you sent something solid like a H.S transcript covering years in the gap.

I've been following some random RFE's (about 10) there are some over 2 months old and still no approval.. It sucks but what can you do

I just got a RFE text. reading this thread has made me very nervous. I hope all service centers start working faster. What sucks more is that I paid a lawyer so I could avoid any delay. I can almost guess what they will ask for. I gave my lawyer everything and he just decided to leave out half my elementary transcripts and all my bank statements and pay stubs for 2012. Awesome huh?

I paid a lawyer too and I got an Rfe so don't feel alone, I'm almost at two weeks since they recieved it I'm trying to stay sane while waiting lol

It's ok guys I paid a lawyer too and got a RFE. You guys have to understand that uscis tends to overlook paperwork. For example they requested my presence in the US from 2009-2012 even though I sent my college transcripts that clearly cover that. Anyway i resent them with additional papers. As my lawyer said don't ever underestimate the stupidity of USCIS. So hang in there send them what they ask for an y'all be approved no worries. Good luck

He just left us in suspense. If you click on his other post he said his girlfriend was coming down to see him or something. So, I hope he is running around in whatever town he lives trying to speak to an attorney and collect more evidence. But, damn I want to know if he will be our first forum NOID or what?? It could potentially tell us how to advice other people on the same boat instead of telling them to YOLO or it is a 50/50.

Wow, mine is approaching 30 days for Vermont also. I thought mine was much. They asked me for 2010 evidence. I sent receipts and bank statements..., what did they ask you for? Did you call after 60 days?
