none of the circles is "purpled out" and it says that on november 8 they mailed the RFE letter. i sent it back and my UPS tracking receipt says they received it back on the 26th of november.

is this message supposed to change once they receive my RFE info back?

EDIT: thats for the i821D, the one for the work permit (i765) has initial review purpled out.

Mine says On "December 27, 2012, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location,"
It was delivered on the 21st of December but the status change happened on the 27th.

Does yours still say that an RFE was sent out on November 8th?

I received an RFE on 11-27 asking me to proof continuous presence from June 15th 2007-December 31st 2007.

I will be mailing out the following evidence...
1. Medical Card dated July 30th, 2007. I also sent in my other cards (from 2008-2010) just for further references.

2. Personal ID Card valid from Dec. 2006-Dec. 2008. It is not a gov't ID, it's an ID taken by hospitals for visit and the only way to get one is to use ur passport as proof. It even has my passport number. I also sent my other ID (from 2008-2010) just for further references.

3. Immunization Receipt for Hep. B taken in August 2007.

4. Medical records that shows 2 appointments. I unfortunately only had 2 appointments during the RFE time period on August 15, 2007 and September 18, 2007. The records also states that i received a "personal rights/responsibility brochure" on February 8, 2007 as well as my next appointment being scheduled for August 18, 2008.

5. Affidavit signed and dated December 22, 2012 that vows i was present in the United states during the months of (but not limited to) June 2007-December 2007.

I will be sending this bad boy out first thing on Monday...wish me luck.

Something is wrong with your case because my case updated 3 business days after it was delivered. My RFE was sent to Vermont.

Give them a call. Because I looked at other cases and after they get their online notice they receive their letter R.F.E in the mail 2 business days after. and after sending back the R.F.E. their status changed 3 business days after and it was the same for me.

2007-2008 ( I was still in high school just home schooled for that school year so didn't have any report cards so I just sent in Transcript)

after graduation June 2010- time of filing September: Sent in medical records, Amazon/Ebay/Etsy/Paypal receipts, concerts tickets, facebook checkins, and facebook photos showing date and location. Receipt from Macy's

Proof of presence on June 15 2012
Things i sent above also proved I was here on June 15th
Amazon receipts dating June 26th and around this date from the beginning of 2012 and after June. Macy's receipt dating June 1st along with photo of what I purchased (it was posted on fb) And other fb checkin and photos

Well, honestly not that I forgot I thought that what I originally sent in would be enough. I sent a lot of stuff! It wasn't until after I got on the forum reading what people sent in I realised I would get an RFE. I couldn't send in my transcript the first time cause it had wrong information.

I did one day shipping I sent it on the 20th and the received it on the 21st.

I went to my scheduled biometrics appointment on Sept. 13, 2012
I got an RFE on Oct. 31, 2012
Didn't get my RFE until Nov. 9, 2012
The USCIS received my RFE on Nov. 13, 2012 (Updated online the same day)
I put in a service request on Jan. 2, 2013
Processed at Nebraska Service Center

My wait is identical to yours... I'm curious to see what happens to the service request. I'm trying to wait out the 60 days hopefully I want lose what mind I have left... This is agonizing... I got weak today and checked my status and it says.... INITIAL REVIEW as well as " WE RECEIVED YOUR RFE ON NOVEMBER 13" it was a simple request... One year gap that wasnt really bc it was on info already sent in....So frustrating...

I'm losing my mind too! :( .. I haven't checked my status for a week. Finally today I just broke down and checked it. IT was the EXACT same. So finally.. I just decided to call and see if I could do anything. He did a service request. SO now I still wait, but at least they have put something in to let someone know that my case exists lol!

No, it should take a few days, you should contact them and let them know that you have no received it

I finally know what the RFE was for. There was confusion with my name. I got married and wanted my EAD to have my new name. Well my lawyer didn't think to send my marriage certificate as proof for my name change!!!!!!!!!! So he mailed that. He didn't even contact me or anything. I had to blow up his phone and email him numerous times to find out what they were wanting and what he sent. Very frustrating!

Sister's RFE letter still isn't here, 19 days later. These damn idiots did something wrong or USPS lost the letter. I called yesterday to put in a service request so they can resend the letter.
