most likely i'll receive a rfe because of my name! damn it! I have some paperwork with Mayra and others with Maira my parents never bothered making the correction. So my ITIN, taxes, and some school records are under Mayra and my birth certificate, credit reports and Medical record are under Maira. DAMN IT, DAMN IT, DAMN IT!!

Hello everyone!

I just received notice that my I765 application has been approved and is in card production! I am so thankful to God!

The status of my 821D changed to initial review but it says the following:
On January 3, 2013, your address was changed relating to the I821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals that you filed. Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance.

Anyone ever experience this?

So I called and they said that there is no change of address, probably just a glitch. I then asked about my 765 application and they said it is still pending even though it says card production in the status... This sucks, got excited for nothing.

They usually send rfe before approving. That's weird that your i821D is approved then why RFE :s

Hello all, I just got a text message and an email that my application for both I821D and i765 was approved, after almost 6 weeks since I sent my RFE. Thanks to everyone on the forum for the support and advice given. Hope everyone waiting get their approvals soon!

My status was also updated to approved for both I821D and I765. Although the I765 went from card production to the bubble before that (post decision).

Accidentally typed a wrong case not mine and it said this:

On December 18, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we certified our approval of this case and sent it to the appropriate appellate body for review. They will notify you directly when they make a final decision. If you move while this case is pending, follow the instructions provided in the notice and use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Ok, I'm pretty frustrated at this point. My i-821d was RFE'd back in late September. They received my reply to their Request for Evidence back on October 10th. Since then, nothing. No updates to my case and still the same message that my case in being processed at the Vermont Service Center.

Is anyone in a similar situation? I have tried calling them and explaining to them that my RFE has been pending beyond the 60 in which I should expect to hear a reply. As stated on their very own website. I managed to get an officer to issue a Service Request but he did it for the i-765 and not the i-821d. When I call NO ONE helps me. Also, I am seeing that other petitions that were RFE'd in December are already approved. Did they lose my petition? Anyone else going through this nightmare?

The RFE was issued on September 26th. I replied right away, had some issues with FedEx (damn them) and they received my new evidence on October 10, 2012. Since then "it has been processing at the Vermont Service Center. When I call no one helps me. I've spoken to Tier 2 Customer Service reps and they are incredibly rude and in fact don't care at all.

Hey don't loose hope, I feel ur pain. I also have been waiting long pass my 60 days since I replied 2 the RFE. I called and the Service Rep told me its still with in the 4 to 6 month waiting time and there nothing I can do but wait until 6 month then call back. Hopefully approval is right around the corner.

This is a completely frustrating process. These officers are playing with our futures. We paid them just like everyone else and yet they feel it's ok to jump around and not give us any kind of update. Especially since others have had their RFEs approved within 2 weeks and their RFEs were issued months after they received my evidence. Very frustrated but won't lose hope.
