Another question, When sending the rfe do i send all papers in the envelope or separately by dates?

I send for my sister renewal package. Just received a rejection notice along with all original documents, money, photos etc. Also includes green paper where it says to resubmit again after check mark part 4. Do I reprint again or should i just send the same application as it is after fixing the problem. She expires March 2019.

Help I sent my stuff off but because I didn’t put us in front of the money order they rejected it. I can send it bc but I was wondering what do I do with the money order and how I get my money back to send another?

This is my third time renewing DACA, I had an arrest for petit larceny in NY, a class A misdemeanor, the charge was reduced to disorderly conduct and I was not convicted of a crime. I didn't originally submit anything thinking that since I didn't get convicted nothing would come up. I received an RFE for my arrest coming up on the background check. I sent in a court disposition from the courthouse showing the disorderly conduct. What are the chances that I will get denied DACA and how long should I expect to wait? The application is at the Nebraska center. Thank you.

You should be fine because DACA is only denied for a significant misdemeanors or multiple non-significant misdemeanors. Though this is the Trump administration, so there's always more risk even when an arrest does not lead to a conviction. Hopefully you learned from this, and won't make another mistake that could jeopardize your DACA.

oh, I learned believe me, I was just in a really bad spot mentally wasn't thinking.. I posted the same question on avvo and an attorney said that since i didn't disclose the arrest there is
a high probability of getting denied.. not sure if hes just being pessimistic or if that is actually the case..
