Re: Track the dream act. sponsors, text, etc
S.729 is in the Senate Judiciary Committee. These are the members:
http://judiciary.senate.gov/about/members.cfm It has to pass through committee to move to the full senate. |
Re: Track the dream act. sponsors, text, etc
Most likely it will be referred to the Immigration, Refugee, and... Subcommittee. These are the members of this subcommittee:

I suggest we focus most of our calls on the members of the Immigration subcommittee and the Judiciary Committee. But also keep calling all other senators and representatives.

Re: Track the dream act. sponsors, text, etc
This is the tracking information for H.R. 1751 (The DREAM Act in the House of Representatives):
http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill.xpd?bill=h111-1751 In the H.R. 1751 is in two committees: -The House Judiciary Committee: http://www.govtrack.us/congress/committee.xpd?id=HSJU -It will most likely be in the Immigration Subcommittee: http://judiciary.house.gov/about/subimmigration.html -Also in the House Education and Labor Committee: http://www.govtrack.us/congress/committee.xpd?id=HSED Again, the bill must pass through these subcommittees and committees before it can be brought to the House Floor for a full vote. These are the Reps that we must target. |
