Yes it is, but it wont make a difference because its not all up to Pres.Obama congress has to vote on it then Obama will Sign it if its brought to his desk

Obama having attended HLS is meaningless. But what's significant is Faust's endorsement. Universities and colleges typically wait until a Harvard, Yale, or Princeton adopts a position. So, hopefully 100s of universities will feel emboldened to sign on to endorse DREAM, and that's very vital publicity.

yes, i know that, don't be such a pessimist. Openly Supporting is better than no support at all. No matter which you look at, this is some really good publicity.
