Senate Dems to White House: Drop Cap & Trade
http://www.politico.com/news/stories/1209/30984.html
Bruised by the health care debate and worried about what 2010 will bring, moderate Senate Democrats are urging the White House to give up now on any effort to pass a cap-and-trade bill next year. If this is true, then immigration reform may be the central issue of early 2010 after a jobs/financial bill is passed in the senate. |

That would be great. But what are the odds of the White House dropping cap and trade?

Re: Senate Dems to White House: Drop Cap & Trade
I think they will not drop the cap-trade. They will do it after immigration, since some of their voters are very supportive on cap&trade issue.
