Call to Action to win UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA DREAM ACT - Urgent!!
 

Hello everyone,

I am with the civil rights organization BAMN which has been fighting to win the California and Federal DREAM Acts.

We are currently organizing across California to get the UC Regents to vote for a University of California Dream Act, regarding the use of university institutional financial aid for students. IT WILL BE RAISED AT THE REGENTS' MARCH 23-25 MEETING, and only a mass campaign can secure this. The statewide U.C. student government is calling for passage of this proposal.

If we can win this, it will surely make passage of the Federal Dream Act an immediate possibility. This is our lever of opportunity.
