This one is one of the a**holes who held up health reform for months. His vote cannot be counted upon in support of immigration reform, so his words are null. He's a zero to the left.

If they can pass one of the biggest legislation in over 40 years. CIR/Dream Act can pass too.

When it looked like HCR was dead, it made a stunning comeback.
