Chat room meeting!

Let's be realistic now people we all now know that CIR does not stand a chance of passing this year, so lets gather tonight at 9PM ET in the chat to put forth how best ideas and discuss the best way to move forward to get DREAM pass this year as a stand alone. The window of opportunity to get this done is very small, so lets not waste any time.
