...and he's one of the lucky ones.

There are close to 100 cases per year of Legal Residents/U.S. Citizens being wrongfully deported.

Just look at the case of Pedro Guzman a mentally retarded U.S. Citizen who was wrongfully deported over a misdemeanor trespassing charge.

Haha wow and this happened in Chicago, I can't wait to see what'll happen in AZ. I'm with floridagirl87 on this, they need to sue the state and sue it good.

There's already lawsuit lined up for AZ. Even the Phoenix mayor is working on one.
The poor guy has been getting death threats tho...by SB1070 supporters I bet.
