Great News for Gay Dreamies
Federal Judge Joseph Tauro has ruled that Section 3 of DOMA is unconstitutional saying that it "violates the equal protection principles embodied in the Due Process Clause of the Fifth Amendment."
What this means is that the statute barring gay people from being able to sponsor their foreign partners for immigration purposes is no longer valid, which means that if you're gay and you are legally married, you will be eligible for a green card just like your heterosexual counterparts. Fuck yeah. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/0..._n_639998.html |

Well hopefully by the time it goes to the Supreme Court in a couple years more states will have enacted same-sex marriage laws.

Re: Great News for Gay Dreamies
why don't you just find a person of the opposite sex and married them? and btw, this is how gays feel. they must married a member of the opposite sex so they can get a green card.
